Hi, I’m Vanessa.

After years of dealing with chronic pain and body disconnection caused by a sedentary lifestyle and stress, I discovered Pilates. I trained at Polestar Pilates, an internationally recognized school, where I learned that moving well goes far beyond exercise: it’s a way to take care of ourselves.

Since then, I have been supporting people who want to regain their well-being through mindful movement. I teach that it’s not about pushing yourself, but about respecting each body’s pace, moving with empathy, consistency, and presence.

After 6 years teaching in schools and centers, I launched my YouTube channel and a Patreon community to continue sharing classes, challenges, and content that promote the habit of caring for yourself both physically and emotionally.

Because when we move mindfully, we also grow, become more present in ourselves, and live with greater balance.
